SHIPPING POLICY | FAQ
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic (U.S.)
- International: We ship to select countries. If you have any issue with shipping to your country, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the Carrier's website or by clicking the tracking number
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays can occur due to factors like:
- High order volume (e.g., holiday season)
- Weather disruptions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
If there's a significant delay, we'll notify you promptly.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
- Missing Packages: If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you're still having trouble, please contant us at NANCOUTUREHOUSE@gmail.com & we will try our best to help resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will provide a replacement
6. Address Errors
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make changes before it ships. If your order is already into processing then there is no longer anything we can do
7. Size Errors
We are not responsible for changing your size of items after you have ordered. Due to our high volume of orders we cannot risk the our listed inventory being mixed up. All sales are final
